Gina Jennings grew up in Berea, KY and has lived in three states and two countries. She has a BA in Religion, with an emphasis in Biblical Studies, from Berea College and an MA in Peace Studies from Bradford University in England. 

 

Gina has worked in customer service and in an administrative capacity for many years in a wide range of industries. Prior to her time at First Christian, she held the position of Administrative Assistant for Student Affairs at Bellarmine University. Gina also has several years of experience working in an early childhood education setting as both a child care provider and in an administrative capacity.

 

Gina and her husband, Cody, have two young children, Nolan and Julianne. Gina and Cody are board game fanatics and Gina enjoys soaking up sunshine, reading, baking, listening to true crime podcasts and spending time with friends and family. During graduate school, Gina traveled throughout Europe and has also visited Japan. Because she loves exploring new places, Gina hopes to have more opportunities to travel in the future!

 

She is often the first person visitors and newcomers meet, whether by phone or in person. She oversees the church office, handles the administrative responsibilities, and provides a wide range of support to the ministerial staff and the congregation.
