FCC Provides a Second Grant to Support Vital Prison Ministry
For a second year in a row, First Christian Church has provided financial support for a vital prison ministry.
New Life in Christ Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a faith community affiliated with Mission Behind Bars and Beyond.
It is located at the Dismas House Charities' Dierson House - a woman's halfway house in Louisville, Kentucky. Weekly Bible studies, life skills classes, mission projects and worship services are conducted by the church. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to give New Life in Christ a second $5,000.00 grant toward their operating budget this year. Given their membership population, financial contributions like this are essential to their survival as a church. Your gifts are making a difference!

The wholeness grant used to fund this ministry was made possible through your faithful financial support of our church and its ministries and help fund a variety of efforts to make our world a better place.
